Fitness Unlimited Land Group Fitness Classes
Classes are held at the Community Recreation Center and Meineke Recreation Center.

Class Offerings
- Basic Training - Experience personal training style in a group fitness format. There are no fancy flourishes, just straightforward cardiovascular and strength conditioning integrated to increase your overall fitness.
- Boot Camp - Use your body to accomplish feats that you never thought were possible while taking your fitness routine outside! Cardio, calisthenics, functional training, strength, core and more! This class is geared toward the intermediate and advanced participant and will take place mostly outside. A room will be provided for a rain location.
- Cardio Combo - Start off with heart-rate boosting exercises and cool off with stretching and core strength conditioning. All fitness levels welcome!
- Core and More - This resistance training class targets the abdominal, back and gluteal muscles. All fitness levels welcome!
- Do I.T. - Shake up your workout with this class! Strength, balance and core segments are mixed with cardio segments to keep your heart pumping and all your muscles working!
- Hard Core Bodies - Combining Hardbodies strength training classes and Core and More stability classes, this class will have you feeling total body fitness from head to toe!
- Hardbodies - This group strength training class is designed to meet the needs of everyone from those beginning a fitness routine to those who have been working out for years. Class will utilize resistance tubing, body bars, dumbbells and stability balls.
- Hip Hop Fitness - Try this Hip Hop Dance based group fitness class to get your heart rate up and your body shakin'! Get your workout on without even realizing you're working! This class is designed for all levels and you don't have to be a fabulous dancer to work out and have a great time!
- Kickbox Core - Try this 45-minute cardio kickboxing workout designed for those who want to show off what they've attained.
- Kick, Punch, Crunch - A 60-minute cardio kickboxing workout combined with core strengthening that blasts calories and leaves you feeling stronger, firmer and more fit.
- Lean and Limber - Borrowed from the dance world and created in-house, this 60-minute class will work your core, legs and glutes! This class combines traditional floor exercises, a work-out at the ballet barre (with bands and hand weights) and finishes off with movements across the floor. This is how dancers create their amazing physique, strength and flexibility! No dance experience is necessary.
- No Equipment Needed - Use your body and your body only to become leaner, fitter and stronger than you thought possible! You don't need a lot of equipment to get an effective workout, only determination and drive. This cardiovascular class features intervals, circuits and core.
- Piloxing - A unique mix of Pilates and boxing that moves into a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. Weighted gloves are strongly recommended.
- PiYo - A unique class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves fit together with intense choreography that is fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power and rhythm. Think sculpted abs, increased overall core strength and greater stability.
- Resist-A-Ball - Chisel and firm core muscles using the fitness stability balls. Upper and lower body exercises will be incorporated.
- RIPPED - Radical and Intense Peak Performance EDucation brings new meaning to the term cross training. This class combines cardio, strength training, plyometrics, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates and more. A different class every week will keep your body guessing and burning more calories. This non-stop class will challenge your entire body in exciting new ways as you take your fitness quest to the next level.
- S.C.R.E.A.M. (Sweat, Condition, Renew, Energize, And Motivate!) - You’ve been working hard to drop those last 10-20 pounds, but it just won't come off! Get and stay in shape with this intense boot-camp style workout! You will be challenged with a variety of agility, strength, plyometrics, core and cardio drills to get your body ready for anything you choose to take on or simply to show off! Intermediate to advanced exercise levels recommended.
- Step Challenge - For step lovers who want a more challenging class, check out the high-energy choreography that will guarantee a fun, motivated class.
- Step Circuit - This interval training class mixes step and strength training.
- Strength Fusion - This powerful class uses strength training, plyometrics and core exercises to define muscles and increase your calorie burning capacity.
- Time Factor - Minutes matter in this uncomplicated, intense format. Timed intervals of power, agility, cardio, strength,and isometric exercises are combined to help achieve goals and then push even further.
- Women's ABC (Anti-Bulking Circuit) Camp - This class provides the opportunity to perform strength training techniques, while achieving the slimmed-down, firm, toned look that EVERYONE wants - all in an efficient half-hour! Fat blasting, heart pumping cardio and abdominal exercises are included
- Yoga Fusion - This class demystifies yoga for safe and effective exercise, emphasizes lengthening, balance and strength. Yoga Fusion blends traditional exercises with yoga techniques.
- Yoga Revolution - Start your workout with a half-hour of cycling and finish off with 45 minutes of body melting yoga.
